ATM, Credit Cards and Loans

0

The ATM, Credit Cards and Loans is very helpful when your want a member of a household to move out and keep some of that household’s money.

ATM, Credit Cards and Loans Mod features

Functional ATM

You find a new ATM object under Electronics/Miscellaneous, named “ATM SimPoint”. It costs 10.000§. When you sims click on this ATM they can get a credit card or apply for a credit.

Credit Cards

Credit Cards in The Sims 4 can be bought at the functional ATM or via in-game computers. There are 5 different credit amounts:

  • Standard – 100§ / 500§
  • Green – 1.000§ / 2.000§
  • Silver – 5.000§ / 10.000§
  • Golden – 25.000§ / 50.000§
  • Diamond – 100.000§ / 150.000§

When your sim buys one of these cards, he will keep it in the inventory and you can sell it again for the same amount whenever you want.

Applying for a Credit

When you apply for a credit, your household will get the money transfered to their account immediately. A document with the Credit Agreement will appear in your sim’s inventory (and it’s not deletable!). Your sim will pay a daily rate to pay back the credit (with a 10% interest).

You can choose up to five different credit values. You can apply for multiple credits simultaneously, but never the same type until the previous one is paid.

  • 2.500§ / 10 Days / 275§ per day.
  • 5.000§ / 20 Days / 275§ per day.
  • 10.000§ / 25 Days / 440§ per day.
  • 25.000§ / 50 Days / 550§ per day.
  • 50.000§ / 50 Days / 1.100§ per day.

Improved Practical Spells Mod

0

The Improved Practical Spells Mod tweaks random spells and adds more to them.

Improved Practical Spells Mod features

Scruberoo

  • Added Scruberoo on Toddler, Children & Pets
  • Scruberoo used on Potty will now get rid of the green steam
  • Added Scruberoo to Hamper to clean up Clothes

Repairio

  • Added Repairio on broken Plumbing (Washing Machine)
  • Using Repairio on a broken Clothing Line will now fix it completely

Delicioso

  • Added Delicioso & Grand Delicioso to Tables & Counters so they will be conjured there instead of the Terrain
  • Added a Delicioso Pie Menu to Spellcaster Sims themself (under Spells) which has 5 new Interactions to let your Spellcaster choose the Food, Pet Food or Drink they want to conjure.

The 5 Interactions open Picker Menus where you can choose the Food/Drink:

  • Appetizer
  • Dessert
  • Food
  • Drink** (Potions, Serums etc are also chooseable)
  • Pet Food (Only available when a Pet Bed, Toy, Bowl etc is on the Lot)

Sims with higher Skills (min lvl 6 Gourmet Cooking or 8 Homestyle Cooking/for Drinks min lvl 6 Bartending) will conjure Outstanding Quality Food/Drinks instead of normal Quality Food/Drinks. The Food/Drink will be conjured in the Sims Inventory.

Compatibility notes

The Improved Practical Spells Mod is compatible with all Packs & Custom Food that have certain Tags in their recipes. And it is compatible with the More Servings Options Mod as well.

** Known Issue: Some Drinks are not “complete” when conjuring. The Improved Practical Spells Mod is based on recipe_tags and some recipes are crafting recipes that are completed in extra interactions. So far the only Drinks i saw affected where the ones that get crafted via the Expresso Machine. If you have Twisted Mexis All Cheats Mod you can cheat “Refill” on them or don’t conjure those.

Pregnancy Overhaul Mod

0

The Pregnancy Overhaul Mod changes a few parts of a sim’s pregnancy: size of belly, walkstyle and more. You can freely choose which options to install.

Pregnancy Overhaul Mod features

  • Pregnant belly options (install only one):
    • No huge pregnancy bellies.
    • Slightly bigger belly version.
    • 1st trimester smaller belly + 2nd & 3rd default size.
    • Much Bigger than Default Belly (1st & 2nd x 25%, 3nd x 35%).
  • Sims can do more while in the first and second trimesters.
  • (Optional add-on) Sims have a 1-3% change of dying after giving birth.

Compatibility notes

The Pregnancy Overhaul Mod modifies the “object_sim” file, so the chance of mod conflicts is high for any mod that also modifies pregnancy behavior.

Some animations like “Feel Baby” might not fit 100% with the smaller bellies.
